Gravimetric feeder

Volumetric feeder

Arbo Feeders
Arbo was established in 1974 in Lugano, Switzerland with the introduction of the Arbo patented closed loop, resonant frequency vibratory feeder, the first device of its kind on the market. Due to the linearity and high turn down ratio of this type of vibratory feeder (up to 1,000:1 ratio), it is extremely accurate, even in volumetric mode.

For more than 30 years ARBO has been serving the manufacturing industry and supplying high quality volumetric and gravimetric feed systems. ARBO works closely with its customers in supplying solutions that fit their needs.

ARBO's volumetric feeder line includes:

KDA-VV/80 volumetric vibratory tray feeder is based on its
vibratory drive Type AF14 with tachometer feedback for operation at
resonant frequency of the tray and the material on the tray.
Several tray model are available and are selected according to the
material and feed rate requirements.

Works great at discharge of bulk bag unloader.

KDA-VS/28 twin screw feeder is ideal for low to moderate feed
rates with a wide variety of materials. With a snap-off hopper to
facilitate cleaning the VS/28 is easily converted to a single screw
feeder. The internally driven horizontal hopper agitator makes the
VS/28 suitable for more difficult materials which have a tendency to
bridge or rathole. Special screw designs are available for materials
from free flowing to sticky and cohesive.
The nominal capacity of the VS/28 is from around one half to several
hundred pounds per hour depending on material density, flow
characteristics and screw selection.    Click for Brochure

Flex-Feeder features Molded hopper
mounted in a rigid steel frame with massager paddles. All tool free quick take apart. The flexible hopper
can be removed vertically,
from the top or,
if top access is
restricted, it can be
removed horizontally
from the front of the
unit.
