  • Configurations Y configuration has one center inlet and two mirror image outlets. K-style has one leg straight through and one off-set.
  • Tool Free take apart that allows for quick cover and blade remove.
  • Clean external assembly uses a pneumatic actuator for clean and safe operation. Blade is all stainless steel-no composite construction.
  • Tight Seals are air purged where shaft passes through housing.
  • Levels of Finish Available in Food Grade, USDA-3A Dairy and General Industrial finishes.

  • Fabricated Housing

    All continuously welded heavy duty frame with sleeved holes ensure structurally safe and sanitary operation. All laser cut flanges ensure a perfect union of upper and lower frames. Powered Harrington hoist-trolley features side beam roller guides for smooth operation.

  • Closed Sides

    Keeps product flowing along top surface of blade. Leaks are prevented or minimized without the need to use gaskets or sheet materials. There are no internal fasteners.

  • Pneumatic Actuator

    Engages blade drive dog machined into end of drive shaft. There are no loose parts or keys to manage. Valve is simple to take apart and re-assemble-there are no parts to loose!

  • Nylon Plug

    Optional plug nearly reduces all fugitive leakage. Superior gravity divert valve for special tight applications.
