LIW loss in weight feeder features a modular "boot" section that allows for any combination of drive, auger and auger tube combination.

 

LIW is available in any center of inlet to 5 feet. Size range of this feeder 3" to 6" auger size.

 

 

Entire feeder mounts on a scale frame. Any customer specific compression load cell can be used making this feeder entirely non-proprietary.

  • Purge Cleaning Design

    Unique drive arrangement (ClearDrive) is shared with our other feeders (volumetric and LIW). Drive features a swing away platform that allows for free access to shaft seal. Once shaft seal has been removed, internal tube can be easily cleaned and flushed. Discharge tube is also tool free removed. Change over cleaning cycles are made quick.

  • Scale System

    Feeder is supported by a set of customer specific load cells mounted on a support frame. Hardy and Rice Lake standard compression load cells are well suited to this feeder. The result is a non proprietary system that is easy to configure into your existing controls platform. Feeders are goor to %1 accuracy at the small batch level.

  • Complete Batching Process Systems

    Above images shows a 6-ingredient batching skid system. Skid systems are available simply mounted to a combination skid/platform. Skids can be completely wired and plumbed for direct service.
