Moovinator is available in two series-these incluse our RMS that feature round media. Our EMS features envelope media. RMS series is typically found in process convey applications. When rates and convey line sizes are larger, our EMS provides the solution.

CIP-able Finally a filter head that can be readily CIP cleaned. Sliding tube sheet with clean air plenum is drawn out of the way. A cover plate is installed along with CIP ball-Moovinator is now ready for cleaning.
Levels of Finish Available in Food Grade, USDA-3A Dairy and General Industrial finishes.

HL Moovinators feature a unique sliding hinge. This feature provides near instanst access to dusty air plenum without removing filter bags. All access is from one side.
Blow pipes are welded into access door-this saves time through less dis-assembly. Also reduces contamination of blow pipes. Several line sizes can be handled up to 5" diameter.
TL Moovinator features a hinged tube sheet and clean air plenum with weld in blow pipes. The result is a compact simple to service machine suitable for most plant process rates.
Features DuroFlow envelop style filter bags. Units are available with stacked multi rows of fiulter media makinh HLe suitable for the highest of process rates such as those found on rail car unload applications or in grinder processes where air flows are high.
Self contained with controls. Suitable for a 2" diameter convey line. Includes pulse jet easy to clean filter, vacuum blower, discharge valve and UL approved Allen Bradley controls package. Typical rates to 50 PPM at distances to 50 foot. Rates vary by powder. Quick delivery is available.
