Note: These valves are a direct replacement for
airlocks produced by (Mac). HAF models HRV4 and HRV8
will bolt directly in place of existing (Call) valves.
Same rectangular inlet, same angular shear zone and
same height make this valve an intelligent solution
to process expansion. No need for adapters as these
valves will bolt right into place*. Existing systems
that need
a
safe process clean up to prevent cross
contamination, allergen safety or general sanitation
can benefit. Simple tool free take apart allows
rotor to easily slide out of housing for complete
access to product zones. Safety proximity switch
keeps this operation safe while valve is being
cleaned.
*Valve requires clearance for slide bar operation
when supplied with EZ option.
