Configure your TL Moovinator

All 304 stainless steel construction with heavy 10 ga shell provide smooth exterior with high vacuum capability. Flanges are laser cut 3/8" thick plate tig welded to housing. Straight and true seal surfaces will not leak. Heavy duty clevises mount system with 1/2" clevises and smooth handles with hex head top securely lock the plenum to housing. Filter media is snapped in place in tube sheet which eliminates the need for clamps and bands. Snap in bags give a superior sealing of media to tube sheet for a leak free operation. Slip in place cage retainer keeps everything in place even when bags are heavily loaded in a high vacuum operation. Dual air headers available on 2400 and 3200 give an abundant supply of compressed air for reverse pulse jet cleaning even with a plant challenged compressed air source. Special inlet design allows for greater through puts than conventional designs. Works great with products that are fragile or smear. From small powder loaders to intermediate size and full size, Moovinator TL will fit most in plant process convey systems.
