Purge Cleaning DesignUnique drive arrangement (ClearDrive) is shared with our other feeders (volumetric and LIW). Drive features a swing away platform that allows for free access to shaft seal. Once shaft seal has been removed, internal tube can be easily cleaned and flushed.

Tool Free Take ApartEntire feeder can be easily disassembled for cleaning and maintenance. ClearDrive feature allows drive to position away. Discharge end features quick remove end cap and bearing mount. Drive can be mounted at either end for maximum flexibility.

ModularEntire feeder is modular-drive can be mounted on either end.

Vacuum OperationFeeder is air-tight and can operate at vacuums to minus 20" hg. Simple butterfly valve at discharge enables vacuum charging of feeder. All mating flanges are ANSI standard.

Complete Batching Process Systems
Above images shows a 6-ingredient batching skid system. Skid systems are available simply mounted to a combination skid/platform. Skids can be completely wired and plumbed for direct service.
