- Tool free quick take apart gravity divert valve is available in a range of sizes, styles and configurations. K-style diverts work great as reject valves having a straight through port and one off-set. Y-style provides a center inlet and equal off-set discharge on each side. Valve can be configured as a bucket style with center mounted shaft or as a traditional flapper style with pivot mounted low in housing.

Size range starting at 3" and going to 12" port size. Available in K or Y-style. Includes stainless steel divert blade with end caps for superior powder containment and less leakage. Outboard bearings combined with air purge seals ensures safe operation.
GDVP300-GDVP1200
Size range starting at 3" and going to 12" port size. Available in K or Y-style. Includes a stainless steel divert drive shaft and plastic (Teflon or Nylon) divert plug.

Quick remove end cap removes without tools. Once removed, divert assembly simply slides out for easy cleaning. Divert engages actuator with a machined in drive dog-no loose pieces to re-assemble.
Blade with end caps reduce leakage and eliminate loose pieces coming off composite blades. Unlike competitors valves, we do not use rubber seals to reduce leakage. Rubber will break off after use. Our blade is a one piece all welded assembly with a tight fit to housing.
