Proven technology combines conveying, powder densifying, feeding and weighing all in one pre-engineered package. Batches form small to large can be made with this single piece of equipment. Modules can be arranged in a radial or inline. Each module consists of a tool free take apart quick clean vacuum filter receiver with live bin discharger, precision volumetric feeder, unitary mount frame and scale set. Vacuum receivers can be either top load or horizontal load models. Every module is pre-assembled, wired and tested before shipping. Convey line size range from 2” diameter line size to 4” diameter line size.
Multiple units can be used to rirect fill into surge or blender. The result-fast and accurate batches.

Range of Sizes combine filter head, surge hopper, live bin and volumetric tube feeder to suit batch size and number of batches per hour. Size of filter head is determined by how quickly a batch needs to be filled into module. Size of volumetric tube feeder is determined by how fast the batch needs to be discharged and made up. Pictured unit includes a HL3200 filter head for 4" convey line, a 5,000 pound surge and VTF600 volumetric tube feeder.

Multiple Modules can be arranged over surge hoppers or blenders to create a complete automatic batch system. Powders can be drawn from simple wands, bag break stations and bulk bag unloaders. Modules can be pre-mounted, wired and plumbed for a drop in skid system that is ready to run.
