  Pneumatic Convey Systems

Complete systems from 1 1/2" diameter simple powder loaders to full on 6" diameter rail car unload systems. We produce pressure and vacuum dilute phase systems along with vacuum semi dense phase transfer. Systems are suitable for food, dairy (USDA) and general industrial.

Bulk Bag Batch-Maker system
Bulk bag tower on load cells monitors the amount of solids on tower. A pressure convey blower transfers solids to a filter surge for discharging loss in weight to either of two destinations. System ships fully pre-wired.

Batch make up 50 pound bags-4 ingredients

Modular systems that make use of self contained bag break stations gain in weight filling a common live bin on load cells. Each ingredient is feed in one at a time until the entire batch is ready for transport. By placing feeders on platform scales and flex connecting to discharge of bag break station, the system is now converted to loss-in-weight control. Now all ingredients can run at the same time. This saves size and energy. These units are constructed in modules and can be pre-skidded and wired. Module is approximately 16 foot square and built in 2 pieces. Requires 20 foot head room.

Skid is not shown for clarity
Note: All equipment shown is tool free take apart for easy cleaning.
Skids are available with customer specific wiring conduits, NEMA style J boxes with separate units for high and low voltage, pre-wires scales, deck plate, handrail and ladder or stair clips. Units come fully assembled and minimum broke down for shipping. All flex connections are mated and clamped. Modules are near ready to run once set.

FAT testing of modules is available.

Batch make up 50 pound bags, bulk bags, silo-3 ingredients

This system makes use of self contained bag break station, Moovinator vacuum receiver and conventional filter receiver, gain in weight filling a common live bin on load cells. Each ingredient is feed in one at a time until the entire batch is ready for transport. These units are constructed in modules and can be pre-skidded and wired. Module is approximately 16 foot square and built in 2 pieces. Requires 20 foot head room.

Bulk Bag Unloader Tower System

System makes use of our modular bulk bag unloader discharging through a rotary airlock and through a scalper. Once through scalper, product discharges into a hopper for pneumatic transport. Entire stack up is mounted on load cells for inventory tracking. A set of dual automated live roller conveyors keeps high rate unloader feed. Stairs are free standing and do not place affect on load cells.

Unloader is supplied with ForceFlo bag massager on vibrated pan, and optional dual beam-hoist trolley.

Batch make up from bulk bag unloaders or bag breaks

System is composed of four Moovinator TL top load quick clean filter receivers. Each one is integrated with a live bin discharging into a standard auger. This auger discharges into a gain in weight surge. One material can be discharged at a time. However for conversion to loss-in-weight, a rotary valve can be fitted to discharge of Moovinator live bin. Each unit can then discharge simultaneously. Individual components can be downsized as the system can now run "on-line"

Source from which powders originating does not need a mechanical feeder of any sort. By fitting convey line with an air meter assembly. loss in weight discharge can be achieved. Flexible and modular units to form a complete system module.
