Models Two different models are available. BBU4000 is constructed of 4" square tube having a capacity of 4,000 pounds. BBU3000 is constructed of 3" square tube having a capacity of 2,500 pounds.
Configurations Three different ways to handle degrees of material handling difficulty. Available fixed bag pan, vibrated bag pan with hopper and massagers in any combination.
Self Contained Available hoist-trolley bag handling with low profile and adjustable bag lift adapter.
Nesting Series An economical alternative that utilizes customer supplied forklift for nesting bag to frame.
Bag Discharge Methodology Bag spout control is available with either an enclosed bag spout enclosure with access door or sanitary receptor tube clamp. Violators are available for hands free bag pierce and discharging.
Levels of Finish Available in Food Grade, USDA-3A Dairy and General Industrial finishes.

Robust 2-Piece frame

All continuously welded heavy duty frame with sleeved holes ensure structurally safe and sanitary operation. All laser cut flanges ensure a perfect union of upper and lower frames. Powered Harrington hoist-trolley features side beam roller guides for smooth operation.
Lower Frame Modules

Simple free flowing materials can be managed with our simple and economical fixed pan. For tougher materials, our vibrated pan-hopper may be the right fit. For very difficult materials, just add our bag massager option and start processing. Modular construction allows for the addition of any option in the future.
Vibrated Bag Pan

Includes a Martin adjustable electro mechanical drive with side boards for spill control.
When used in conjunction with bag massage option, bags discharge to near empty without operator input.
